| I have planned that I want to major in electrical engineering and I plan to start taking general stuff and start knocking those off at IVC and then work toward EE. and about the muffler paint This is how they looked before and this is how they looked after

They came out "ok" i guess...I really wished I could take the mufflers off and completely sand off the old paint and clean them up nicely and then paint them but I like once you stated and how Bernie answered my questions it seemed like I run the risk of breaking a stud and getting myself in serious trouble and also probably needing a new gasket between the muffler pipe and the h-pipe. Anyways I masked off the car and painted the mufflers on the car while the tips were removed and got cleaned and polished. It came out alright but Iam not pleased.. Altho I did paint the little "teeths" that are on the tip which help it sit on the pipes from the muffler black and now the tips look a bit bigger :)
I have nightmares about that happening...I'd be the poor bastard you'd hear about on the news that gets killed by a softball-size chunk while spreading out my body over the hood and screaming "Nooo!" Probes suck, that's just all there is to it. - 300ZXpert (someday) on April 04, 2005 at 11:35 PM |
